for samsung memory those hash rates are low. my hynix cards sit at 31.3 dual mining. most likely a driver issue or something on install process. I had similar but installed the cards 1 by 1 with no o… (View Post) -

Try a different riser. Then a different pci slot. Is you card OC? Try stock bios. Please report findings. (View Post)
