I get various GPU faults where it defines the cards by their linux locations.
For example:
amdgpu 0000:0a:00.0:
amdgpu 0000:0b:00.0:
amdgpu 0000:10:00.0:
Is there a way to take this and figure out which device slot it's in?

try this:
sudo lspci | grep -i amdgpu
