Your thoughts on my first rig?

Hello Peoples

I am new to mining but i'm interested to build my first rig, i would appreciate any thoughts you may have :). Also i would rather over spec my stuff and not blow anything up and get longer lifespan out of it? (good idea?)

I can get the parts at wholesale cost so let see my ideas for a build

ASUS B250 MINING EXPERT (19 pcie slots fort $ 220 aud with Australian warranty). Cant get the Asrock H81 Pro BTC and Asrock H97 in Australia, if i order online they are the same cost as a new and full local guarranteed b250 mb
Corsair 1500 w platinum V2 ps $580(may need 2 depending what cards i buy)
Powered riser from eBay (cheap) 50
Power button $10
Cpu $50
Cooler $50
SSD Drive $80
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB $150 (2400mhz)
gpu are any of the following
Sapphire AMD NITRO+ RX 580 8GB
Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX580 Gaming 8GB DDR5
MSI AMD RX 580 GAMING X 8GB
Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX580 AORUS 8GB
Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 Fury Windforce OC 4GB
Sapphire AMD NITRO+ RX 580 8GB Super OC

The cards above are all around $450 AUD so price is the same but the fury has hbm 4000 bit bus width would that be any better? considering all the others are only 256 bit Memory Bus, i dont know if memory speed or bus width is more important :(
Thanks and hope you all have a great day :)

I would suggest used gamer's cards to save money. I have been getting 4gb r9's @~150. Ether will need 8GB soon enough I suppose, perhaps you can find a good deal on used 390 8gb's... but I'm depending/praying on equihash to stay asic free as well.
