Can't mining on Windows 10

I m newbie at mining. My friend installed ethos on my rig. However, my hashrate is low (154). I want to try it on win10 with mode gpus to increase hashrate.
I installed win10 & gpu drivers. After that, I tried to mine with claymore but nothing happen. It is stucked at POOL/SOLO version. I wanted to try niceharsh miner program too but benchmark was stuck at 1.

Could you pls help me to ?
