  I value my privacy. Can my ethereum address be mapped back to my email address that I used to purchase the pre-mined ether?

  Ok - AFAIK, there is no way for people to do this. Email addresses are not connected in any way to the Bitcoin transactions that allowed the generation of your wallet.
