This is to expensive....
I paid less than $1800 per rig and have 178 mh/s per rig 850w eth only and 1kw dual.
Much cheaper if u go with 2 750w psu than 1 1200w.
If u cut your costs you could get all 36 rigs for almost half of that price you mentioned.
U should find better prices if u want profit
Also, ETH is going to POS by the end of 2017. You probably should be planning for another altcoin?
I beg to differ for the first 12-month maintenance costs, devices do fail and typical failure rate range from 5-15%. If you are unlucky, you might be getting 1 GPU card failure every 2-3 rigs.
As people above have said, you should carefully consider using RX470 as much lower purchase cost than 1070.
