or you could go with 480's for 200-220$ and save about 600$ per rig

There are many ways to cut costs. You can build rigs for 1400 if you're smart about it.

    k. First, drop the CPU cooler. Then use AMD cards. If you use linux, you can drop the SSD too. Build your own case. etc etc

    Per Rig Cost - $3050 - For 168 MH/ s ?
    This is to expensive....
I paid less than $1800 per rig and have 178 mh/s per rig 850w eth only and 1kw dual.
    Much cheaper if u go with 2 750w psu than 1 1200w.
If u cut your costs you could get all 36 rigs for almost half of that price you mentioned.
U should find better prices if u want profit :)

Why not go with the stock CPU cooler?

Also, ETH is going to POS by the end of 2017. You probably should be planning for another altcoin?

I beg to differ for the first 12-month maintenance costs, devices do fail and typical failure rate range from 5-15%. If you are unlucky, you might be getting 1 GPU card failure every 2-3 rigs.

You do not appear taking into account difficulty increases over the 24 month period. Every 6 months your earnings will be halved approximately. Your mining enterprise will be 25% profitable as you think it will be.

As people above have said, you should carefully consider using RX470 as much lower purchase cost than 1070.

Definitely go AMD for your GPUs - cheaper, same ROI. No need for cooler, stock is just fine for a celeron/pentium chip since you won't be using it.

you can't evaluate profit in so long period ... you will get lower and lower ETH , and if the price not raising ... profit get low
