Hello! So I bought an Rx 480 because I heard it's efficient, cheap, and runs at around 25 Mh/s. So I got mine and tried it out, but it's only mining around 18/20 Mh/s and i'm not sure why. Did I just have it wrong and this card really mines that slow? Or could there be something wrong? I'm not sure.
This is the 4GB model by the way.
OS: Windows 10 64 Bit.
Using Genoil’s ethminer 0.9.41

You must have installed the wattman, he comes with the driver...
I suggest running the driver installation again and install wattman, you dont need to reinstall the driver. Then overclock the memory + leave the voltage control on manual.
I'll try installing Claymore as well.

Doing better now. After using wattman to boost my memory clock up to 2040 MHz and using Claymore, i'm now mining around 22 - 24 Mh/s. Better, but still slower than I think it should be.
Also you will not damage your card by running them at this speed. The only thing that can like physically damage your card is heat just make sure you cards aren't running at like 90C. I guess you can also brick your card if you mess up a bios flash but even that is fixable i think.
