right now i see no incentive to disallocate storage from contracts once its no longer needed. Storage is a very different kind of resource than cpu power. I don't see that is a good idea to value a computation cycle the same way as a byte allocated for ever. A simple measure against needles bloating of the blockchain could be to let an transaction gain GAS by disallocating space. Or storage space could be a seperately tradeable conserved resource. Someone probably had these ideas before. What the reasoning here?
Greetings and keep it up!
