Ethereum vs bitcloud

Which is better and why?

Both aiming to be a platform for decentralised applications.

As far as I understood Bitcloud wanted to be a distributed internet provider, where you'd be paid to run a mesh network node, and had to pay tokens to have prioritized access to the same mesh network.

But there's some time I haven't checked them, last time I saw, they had just a paper and no running code.

bitcloud has scraped the idea of using tokens, they are open now to all crypto-currience i.e. you can pay with any crypto-currency on the network. They are also using a distributed database which is the foundation of app development on there p2p network.
