I'm new to mining and have mined on nanopool for the past 24 hours. I'm using an old graphic card to test out mining before getting a serious set up. However, the confusing part is that the "balance" (which I assume is my payout) is much lower than the estimated earnings.
Balance:0.02317410 ETH
Estimated: 0.072
I have been monitoring my hashrate and it is always between 10Mh/s - 13Mh/s (average for past 6 hours). So why would the BALANCE be so different?

also all of the pools estimate high and it is bullshit. What does this calculator say for you http://karldiab.com/EthereumMiningCalculator/
You can find smaller pools in this forum.
check your account stats:

You never had a stable average at 10Mh. You had only 3-8Mh.
If you saw 10Mh in your miner, that does not mean pool accept all the shares.
Check the driver version, if you are mining with AMD. Don't use 16.3+ version, as it finds less shares
