Wondering how many are on the West coast where there might be temperatures up to 120F. Probably many miners will need to shut off their rigs or need a few AC to combat the heat.
I don't have AC and it's getting hot here - 30C, but so far all I've had to do is lower the core overclock on some on my Nanos; many are running full tilt, so far. The next couple of days will be interesting, for me.
It's so hot for me I'm having trouble falling asleep at night. lol I'm falling asleep as I type this due to lack of good sleep. Ugh. But, it's worth it!
What 120 F, OMG, my ass would be in the bathtub all day, except to get more ice cubes, and drinks mining would be the least of my concerns. That's not a temperature range humans should be exposed to. 100 is my "I'm gonna die from this f'n heat stage".
But yeah, I'd probably be forced to shut down some of my hotter cards at those temps. I'm not running AC for them, it's all just open windows and natural air cooling.
I have a big port a cool. Moisture in the air seems to work wonders but I've only hit 90. Running 24 390's and I'm crossing my fingers that I can make it thru summer (still no undervolting ... seriously need to get to it)
