Hey i am currently selling some rigs that I made for $3,000. They have a rate of 179 MH/s which is very good for this low of a cost. You can also buy all the pieces separately and build it yourself. If you have any questions on how to get this or the details of the rig you can contact me on WhatsApp at 1-919-624-3675. I can also answer any other questions you might have.

all hardware is new so it has a higher resale value
Its cheaper buying the cheaper slower GPUs and more motherboards then less motherboards and higher end GPUs. The motherboards+CPU are always cheap.
If they are legitimate 30 MH/s cards, then you could build a miner (no case, no frame) that cranks out ~180 MH/s for under 2,100 USD.
gpushack.com has Sapphire R9 290s available for 250 USD (don't know if they have 6 or not), and while you are there you can buy the 6 GPU MOBO/CPU/RAM/ethOS combo for 200 USD; 5 PCI 1x-16x powered risers for 8*5=40 USD. I'd then get two EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2 80+ PLATINUM (amazon 135USD). Total before shipping is 2,010 USD. Now this has no frame/case so you'd have to do something about that.

@shutfu using that calculator with 170MH/s, 1500 watts, 0.12/kW/hr, and ETH at 14.07 USD/ETH it says $575 profit/mo, so looks ROI in ~3.7 months. If you can get closer to 180 it earns $616/mo and ROI is ~3.4 months.
Using @hvalentino reported hash rate of 26 yields 156 MH/s, which is $517/mo and ROI in ~ 4.1 months.
Now all that will likely change as network hash rate goes up and difficulty goes up, and DAG size grows. So maybe this right would fully return the "investment" in 6 or 7 months? Then you can always sell off some of the GPUs and recover some of the initial investment.

I like the gpushack mobo/cpu/ram/ethos ssd combo as it just worked out of the box for me. I like that it is linux, it can run headless, and I can tweak the AMD card settings in the config file.

I;ve been buying my cards used from craigslist as to cut down on ROI, but cards are getting scarce. Even ebay prices are going up. So far i've spent 100+110+260+175 = 650$ converting my rig to 100mh/s because I already had a 5 pci-e motherboard and processor. HMmm to build another one or not.
If you can not build your own rig then you are at the mercy of the rig builders who have provided the quotes. Once you have quotes from a couple of builders you have to figure out if their prices are worth it to you.
