If you check what type of memory your reference cards have (Elpida, hynix or samsung) i can make you some roms(bios) with an undervolt or overvolt as you prefer. With a higher or lower core clock, same for memory.
As well as tighter timings.
Your cards will perform better and will (in case of an undervolt) stay cooler and will use less power.
@hvalentino i bought a 1275w platinum thermaltake off craigslist (was still in shrinkwrap though), but i honestly cant recommend it because the 12v is split into 2 rails and they only give you cables to use one of the rails for video cards, so once i add another card, i;m going to have to buy some molex->6pin->8pin adapters to make use of the other rail. Pretty stupid.

Congrats I love those cards. Here is some random info I have ran across while using them. There are some older bios for those cards if you dig back through the litecoin on bitcoin talk. Right now I am getting right at 29-30mhash per card running them with the stock. Mine have been around since litecoin days so I replaced all the thermal pads and paste on them and they run a lot cooler.
Just FYI I am running a few of those cards and they are awesome but they run hot. You might want to consider replacing the fans on them if you are running them somewhere that it gets pretty hot.
A while back I wanted to see if A/C was even going to be a possibility so I put 25 of them in a room with a 12000 BTU A/C unit. The night was cool probably 50F outside. Next morning it was 120F in that room. The A/C was not even coming close to keeping up.
If it are the roms The Stilt made (i guess they are) 2 years ago, they do not run 30Mh/s Eth @ stock clocks (which is 945). (at least not over here) My 390x barely does that .
At stock clocks "945" they do around 27,5 ish..
Just checked mine 30.5 Mh/s at core clock 1050, memclock 1125 -- 290 non x 31 Mh/s at core clock 1050, memclock 1125 -- 290x
-50mV Core, -75mV VDDCI/AUX for both.
But those are my numbers. I could be wrong and maybe he does hit 30Mh at stock clocks. If so, i would like to know some more details
Just picked one up as well. Got it from Newegg. Just looked this morning and they are sold out. @hvalentino must have bought most of them! Running Windows 7, going to install it tonight. @Heliox do you have any roms for these? I'll be running these as long as possible, so any undervolting, etc would be great! Thanks!
But i doubt it's going to clear things out as the cards you find there mostly just show all the compatible types of memory. So i fear it isn't going to help..
@Heliox No problem! I'll install it tonight, look in GPU-Z and update the thread. I wonder if I could gain anything from my 7950s and R9 280x undervolting... Half are Hynix and half are Elpida

Congrats!
r9 390s commonly get 30mh/s or slightly more.

I've got a package for 290's with Hynix mem, still have to do the Elpida ones
Check gpu-z what kind of memory you have. If you can respond within the hour i'll be able to send em to you. (After that i'm off on holiday
Greetings
Mmm good question. Not that i know of.
Maybe, if you're very lucky.
You could check techpowerup.
