I suspect there is a bug somewhere along the line. Either etherapps.info is misinterpreting the transaction, or someone discovered a bug in geth/alethzero. Considering the entire point of the current test net is to find stuff like this, I wouldn't be concerned.
@Smithgift I'm not concerned. But figured it's something worth bringing to attention to have it fixed if it needs to be. It's also possible it's just etherapps.info displaying it wrong.
