Difficulty building go-eth on Ubuntu 13.10

Hello all,
When I run the command:
sudo go get -u github.com/ethereum/eth-go
I get the following error:
# github.com/rakyll/globalconf
/usr/lib/go/src/pkg/github.com/rakyll/globalconf/globalconf.go:36: undefined: flag.CommandLine
Can anyone point me to what's going on here?
