Before I throw this computer threw the window, I need to know what I am doing wrong. I followed this tutorial to the letter:
https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/5592/how-to-mine-get-started-fast-and-easy-for-windows-7-detailed-guideI ran Geth and got it synced. When I executed the nannopool.bat file by clicking on it, a cmd window opend, printed some text, then closed in less than a second.
That was a little over 2 hours ago and as far as I can tell nothing is happening. Geth keeps running but my GPU is cold to the touch and nanopool can't find my address.
Equipment list:
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK H81 PRO BTC
CPU: Intel Celeron G1840 2.80 GHz
GPU: AMD XFX RADEON RX 480 8GB
Yes I built this with the intention of expanding it once I have gotten it to work. I have been working on this for about a week. (I had to return the first mother board to newegg because the SATA ports were bad, bought a 7990 off ebay that was dead and had to be returned.)
Thanks
