Democratic DAO contract

Andreas Olofsson wrote a Democratic DAO based on DOUG v3.
A very basic DAO that is voting based. This is a short introduction, and a tour of the actions and vote system.
The DAO uses Ethereum, more exactly the latest develop branch. The website runs inside the latest AlethZero. It will be put on the latest public blockchain when a few more action and poll contracts has been added.
The contracts are written in LLL. They will be available in a git repo when they have been finished and cleaned up, as will the webpage.
