and i will use this PSU

please advise me is it ok total 1200w for this rig?

1200w is okay, but the psu split is not optimal.
    I would go for 2x 800w or one 1000w + a small one......

You don't need 2 PSU's at all. I have 2 4 x 390 rigs running off of a single EVGA 1300 g2 no problem. Also undervolt and you can probably use a decent 1200w PSU and get it running at 1050w mining.

but lots of users said that good idea is to split 2 psu for so much better cooling and long life

@contact If you don't need 2 PSU's for a rig setup there is no benefit to adding the extra risk. I'll elaborate... there have been many long debates around optimal dual-psu setup and which PSU should power the risers (like this one - see last dozen or so comments on that thread)

The bottom line is people have had success with multiple dual PSU setups and people have had issues too. So if you don't actually need 2 PSU's there is no point in adding the extra complexity unless there was like a significant cost savings perhaps. But for what you're looking at you're better off just going with a solid 1300g2 and call it a day. I've gotten them on ebay brand new or with rebates from newegg for like $160 - $170.
