does ethereum blacklist malicious account?

I created a simple contract that increases 'i' when function called.
And I sent 10000 transactions (called the function 10000 times by loop) through my dapp.
After that, my dapp could not work well.
For example, I sent 500 transactions more, but just 100 transactions were accepted. (even very slowly accepted)

I changed my account to new one, then my dapp worked well.
But when I changed my account to old one again, my dapp doesn't work.
I think that my account has some problem.. like blacklisted.
Does ethereum blacklist malicious account?
Thank you.

    @6londe No, it can't blacklist like that. What does your contract actually do beyond incriminating? If it's mapping your sender address to something then it sounds more like a bug in your code.

    @o0ragman0o Thank you for reply!
    This is my contract code:

    contract lister {
     mapping(int => string) list;
     int id = 0;

     function setItemToList(string str) {
      list[id] = str;
      id++;
     }
     function getId() constant returns (int) {
      return id;
     }
    }

    Has it some bug? I couldn't understand yet..

    And this is my dapp code (using web3.js)

    while(n--) {
      instance.setItemToList('someText', {value: 0, gas: DEFAULT_GAS_AMOUNT},
      (error, result) => {
       if(!error) console.log('Tx Sent');
       else console.log(error);
      }
     );
    }

    Thank you :)

    @donkeykong no, I tested with enough gas.
    I did't find a solution about this problem yet.. :'(
