Lets say i let the Stock voltage, or undervolt, and go higher with the Coreclock ( same with my 390's) than the power consumption cant be more then the offical numbers, or am i wrong?
@Rx480 Can you screenshot the miner and post a pic of the card ? BEcause actually it's just words, be don't have any proof that the you already have a RX 480 and hashing with it No offence
If you mine on Windows with most 16.x drivers on a R9 380 you'll get 16-18Mh instead of 21 that you get with 15.7.1. I'm still confident that under Linux, perhaps with the new Vulkan drivers, the Rx 480 will do close to 30Mh/s.
I was wondering why my 7970 (claymore shows it as a 280x/380x i think) was only getting like 16mhs. I'm using 16.4.2 but do i need 15.7.1 or would 15.12 be okay?

@Truthchanter with the current DAG, 18-19Mh/s 7970 suffer more with the DAG increase that the R9 280 X / 380 X even if they are basically the same card with little improvements.
(I have 5 7970, they are losing some hash at each epoch)

Nah seriously, would love some screenshots..
Look at the 1070/1080, its still OAS everywhere and its been out for over a month and its much more expensive than the 480.
Most likely a R9 290 today will make you more money than a 480, including power costs and resell value within a years time.
I dont know in which cave you live but i can get a 1080 in 2-4 days.
I think my r9 290/390 are worth nothing after the 4xx hit the market.
seems to wave in a huge range, could you test it with claymore for a minute please?
/edit: will the 15.12 drivers are working with this card?
That's at best average.
The card clocks at its full 1266 MHz?
24-25 MH in offtopic context about PowerColor 380 with Hynix VRAM.
Still no 480 RX tests in ETH mining, just guessing.

screenshot is to vague to make assumptions..

No offence
Im not surprised rx470 at 19 will be the more important card.
Altough if rx480 can sustain 26mhs at 120w its still a kick ass result.
