tx.sender == OWNER
because that would allow simulation as-if the sender is the owner.About timestamps, why is there a 'score-to-win', why not 'best score within timelimit'? I think the former is more lenient in terms of agreement about time. Edit: if an attacker can isolate a node, it would take ages for him to create a winning block, but 'best score' he can get it very quickly. However in both cases it is visible; either it takes long, or suddenly the best score drops dramaticly.
