[Tutorial] German mining tutorial with Ubuntu!

Hey folks,

After I've built my miner with a lot of struggles and problems, I decided to write down my experience to help other people in my situation.

I'm from Austria, so my native language is German. You probably can't find any information about mining in German, so I wrote the whole tutorial about building and installing the miner in German! An English edition is planned too!
