Is my Account hacked?

Hi,

I am mining eth for few days and have done some transactions on the account. Today I tried to unlock my account and transfer some eth and was greeted with insufficient balance. I checked the transaction it was made just 2 mins before I unlocked the account (has a passphrase). I am not sure if it's a coincidence.

The amount is weird and it could be one of my addresses. But I didn't manually make any transfers. Is there another way it could have happened?
