POC3 C++ Refresh

For windows 8, I'm pretty sure I have to refresh or remove something that seems to be less obvious then I thought. Me and my friends were trying to send our mined test ether among ourselves and unfortunately couldn't. We noticed each of our poc3 had different total block chain amounts. I am current at block #5760 whereas I see my friends at #11917 and #6470.

In short you need to make peer connections to each other, so the longest chain will win. (and run same version)

@Technologov Thanks for the reply, Unfortunately I wasn't able to do very much fixing with that info. If anyone else has anything to add that would be great.

All Three of us are on POC3 and when we send the ether to each other the funds go into the pending section of alethzero and once processed seem to be gone forever. I can send the ether between the addresses on the same computer just not p2p.

At least each PoC release is meant to run on a different chain.

As of PoC-3, this is fixed - a new network protocol (meaning older peers cannot connect and share their blocks) and automatic deletion of any existing blocks when the network protocol changes.

That said, altering the genesis block (e.g. by encoding the network protocol or PoC version) is simpler and less round-about so if you'd like to submit a pull request I'll be happy to merge.
