Today the network connectivity of the data center where our us1 server is located went down for approximate 40 minutes. The DNS failover kicked in after about 20 minutes and most miners were automatically rerouted to our backup system.
We sincerely apologize for this issue and as compensation the mining fee will be reduce to 0% until Sunday!
@Biodom Unpaid rounds mean that they are allocated to your unpaid balance but not yet paid out to your wallet due to the payment threshold.
I appreciate the 0%. Good gesture . I was about to post here about this problem, happy to see it was resolved/compensated slightly. thanks!
Works fine from our side. Do you get a cloudflare error page or no error at all? If you do not even see the cloudflare error page the problem is most likely with your connection or with cloudflare.
Edit: It looks like cloudflare has some issues, should be resolved soon. Mining is unaffected from this problem.
@newkidONdablock No change for the miners, unless you are running solo, in which case you'll have to update to the geth version that includes the soft fork patch and again for the hard fork, if it happens.
Because of the low minimum withdrawal. At the time the pool was founded most other pools had a minimum withdrawal limit of 0.5 or 1 Ether. Ethermine introduced a min limit of 0.1 Ether which allows you to receive your mined ether quicker.
Additionally withdrawals will be processed instantly and not only at fixed time intervals.
Hi, i am new. i will be very grateful if anyone can help me with the eth-proxy setup. i am really confused. i know i have downloaded the eth-proxy win zip, installed and run it. but i dont understand the etherminer stuff. can somebody help. so far it runs and i see new jobs on the screen but my account is still showing zero. how do i add workers. please i need your assistance
@dr_pra So with the geth 1.4.8 out, when will you be making the decision to soft-fork or not to? Just asking as to when to expect that announcement, i think there should be adequate time given for people on either side of the vote to change their pool if they desire.
75% of the pool has not voted. How can you count that as a majority vote? The pool should keep the default setting until more of the pool population has voted. A non-vote should constitute a default setting.

It is very clearly implied on the voting page, that no majority is needed, only the result matters.
And you just repeating this non-vote default nonsense is getting old.
It's like on a presidential election all the people who don't bother to vote or vote for Donald Duck should have their vote just defaulted to the other candidate.
And in case you aren't aware, there are plethora of reasons why miners won't vote. One simple reason is that there are organizations, companies, universities etc. running miners, and they either don't want to vote, or can't reach a decision on what to vote, or just do not wish to participate.

everything working for me as per calculator EU server
is the front page working?
I can connect to ethpool page, but not the ethermine page.

will this change anything for us miners?

IMO 1% pool fee always applies
if fork is global theres no where to move to
