I'm running Ubuntu 13.10 in server mode, and everything seems to work so far. What I've been doing is running ./eth with all the command line options. When I want to check the address/balance/block number however, I have to Ctrl-C it, hit up, add -i onto the end of the line and then enter interactive mode. Once I'm done Ctrl-C and start mining again.
Am I just being dull here? I tried to launch a second eth process but it core dumps straight away. Is there a better way of doing things?
Could the logger say the numerical ID of the block? A friendly dev patched in an interactive mode way of finding out the current block earlier, but it's sort of a pain to stop everything to find out what it is.
