What is the difference?
They both seem to install the same packages but seemingly not the same versions.

I can install eth on my lubuntu OS computer but I can"t install cpp-ethereum. The package is available but it seems that I want an impossible thing according to apt-get.

You cant install eth, it isnt an package, the cpp-etehreum refers to:
