no funds in wallet

Hi there,
I've not heared Ethereum helpdesk for a while so I wonder when my problem will be solved. It appears that my wallet (resale ETH) has no funds, even after I used the pyethsaletool in command line (./pyethsaletool.py -w ethereum-wallet-0b70536.....3.json finalize 1DSFc4z5fsp.....).
Can my issue be solved please?
During presale I closed the browser tab too fast so I couldn't download my wallet. After that, Helpdesk let me go though some additional steps that allowed me to download a wallet that was connected to my presale. However, this wallet appears to be empty
I contacted helpdesk many times past month but it's like they didn't find a solution.
