mix webview doesn't work 0.9.92 windows

The html file loads fine in chrome or any other browsers. but not in the webview in mix. also if I try http://localhost:port/index.html as it shows in mix, on chrome it'll also work.

Any help would be helpful. I tried looking the terminal for errors but couldn't find any relevant information.
