Versioning

Solidity will start its own versioning decoupled from cpp-ethereum's.
As a consequence, the version reported by solc will drop from "0.9.X" to "0.1.0".

Unfortunately, the solidity release cycle is still tied to the one of cpp-ethereum, so the version will not be reflected in e.g. the ubuntu packages.
