Was not able to test it , upgrade from my 1511 to 1607 , after more than 2 hours ended with black screen after loging in, had to roll back to previous windows version , so i cant tell if M$ rolled out WDDM2.1 and/or if there is any changes regarding pascal. My gut says that this anniversary win10 upgrade smells bad...
@trotol Hi bro! Please how you did it? I have the same setup Win7 x64 GTX1070 with .95 drivers and the OS reboots after loading the DAG. I'm using Genoils miner 1.1.7. I want to fck Win10 too
I can't speak for @trotol but mining works on gtx 1080 for me using 369.05 titan x driver, simply modify the nv.dispi.inf file inside the Display.Driver folder with 2 lines:
add NVIDIA_DEV.1B80 = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080" under [strings]
and %NVIDIA_DEV.1B80% = Section062, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B80 under [NVIDIA_Devices.NTamd64.6.1] or others, the number corresponds to windows versions (win7, 8, 8.1), then the driver should install and mining works on win 7, 8 or 8.1. This method however DOES NOT work on windows 10, the driver crashes and refuses to install.

How should I modify the nv.dispi.inf file for GTX1070? This method doesn't work with me on Win 8.1... Please
GTX 1070 has a different hardware id, so you'd need to replace 1B80 with 1B81 for gtx 1070. To make this easier I have prepared a modified file that should support GTX Titan X(Pascal), 1080, 1070 and 1060 6gb, copy and paste and it should work for those cards, this will work only with 369.05 driver.
@kps thanks bro it's working now but I'm just getting ~27MH, playing with the smi tool as I did for my GTX 970 doesn't seems to have any effect on the 1070 or I'm doing something wrong...

So this pretty much means things will be fixed with the release of 369.05+ for other cards.
I'm getting the 15.73 MH/s with and without OC while using Genoil-1.1.7 with a GTX970.... Any ideas? OpenCL mining is actually faster by 1 MH.. Using CUDA8, 367.27 drivers on Ubuntu 14.04

most probably it will get better, i did messed around this weekend and installed clean win10pro x64 on my gtx1080 box , then upgraded to 1511 , and then to latest 1607 version. Dont install any native nvidia drivers ! With M$ supplied driver Dxdiag shows wddm 2.1 , and miner 1.1.7 hashes on 1080 with aprox 20-25 mhz , kinda low for 1080 , but its defo beats previous hashrates 5 times at least (M$ driver version shows 369.09 btw). So lets wait and see with what nvida comes up with next driver release.
Please give me command line for mining Genoil 1.1.17 ,i'm using the old command line 1.1.16 and don't run "ethminer -U -S eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -O 0x9493bc52d3c4ae6c1aee6204cf1793beb07fdd23.stratum --cuda-grid-size 8192 --cuda-block-size 128"

Win10 Miner -
May be genoil will clarify smth later - ready to give remote access
I have no time to install Win 10.
Last time i tried i got .39 with WDDM 2.0
IMO aslong NV doesnt rolles out a new Driver or beta Drive, u can still click on Update in Win 10 insider so u may get the new Driver there first.
fuck yeah!!!

if those links doesnt work just uninstall nvidias driver and let windows install their own
im geting like 34 mhs on gtx 1070 +1600 mem

32 MHs peaks 34 if i guess its because 1080 has GDDR5X and its slower than 1070 but it gives more bandwith something you dont really need in mining
