send function clarification.
1. Based on the documentation (send) function has two forms: two or three parameters. Why? It should simply send some ETH to some account. It should be priced the same in GAS all the time. Why do I need to specify the GAS parameter? What would be the right value to use?
2. It looks like the two parameter option does not work at all. It looks like it takes the first parameter and interpret it as the GAS need parameter, even when only 2 parameters are there. (and that causes 'out of gas' exception) Did anyone managed to make the 'send' working? Any sample code?
