Since yesterday I have the problem, that I cant connect to any mining pool. My GPU was mining and then it lost the connection and since then i become this message:
ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eu1.ethermine.org:4444
ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...
I tried different mining pools but got the same problem every time, although my internet connection is fine. I use claymoreminer if that is important. I dont know what to do now and I hope someone could please help me.

Here's my suggestion:
Do a DNS lookup of eu1.ethermine.org .. it should show you a list of IP addresses.
Try using one of the IP addresses directly instead of eu1.ethermine.org.
Probably one of the IP addresses that got resolved from eu1.ethermine.org is not working / down.
You can find out what IP address(es) that you were using that is no longer working in the *log.txt files.
Here is what I have resolved from eu1.ethermine.org ( check against your own results ):
$ dig eu1.ethermine.org ; <<>> DiG 9.9.4-RedHat-9.9.4-51.el7_4.2 <<>> eu1.ethermine.org ;; global options: +cmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 44540 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 8, AUTHORITY: 0, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;eu1.ethermine.org. Have you tried running tshark / wireshark to see what's happening ?
However, I remember just last week that I was able to ping asia1.ethermine.org and even tried each of the individual IP addresses returned from the DNS lookup.
Try telnet to the host and port.
