Does anyone know what the go live date is and how the start price is going to be detemined when it goes live?
How will people be informed that it has gone live?
Will ether be priced in USD GBP BTC and other currencies?
Also will ether coin be listed on coinmarketcap.com?
If ether is listed what will the 3 letter code be seeing as etc has been taken by these guys >http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethercoin/

2) Go live is scheduled for the 20th March, will include the Go client (the rest will be in Alpha), on the assumption that the external security audit is successful. It will be announced on our usual social channels, including these forums.
