I sent mining rig to repair shop because i had issues with ubuntu settings. Its come back and the pci-e4 slot pins are damaged (see image).

Shop swears blind it wasn’t them and I am always extra careful. Anyway, is it something that can be repaired? I can’t find any youtube videos for it.

Those pins are SO small when you take off the connector, that repairing it would be super tricky. So i'm not sure if it's possible for someone without specialized equipment. Does the slot still work?

:( i tried flicking them back with a needle but they pop back for some strange reason like a spring is stuck.

I’ve plugged onto it but my gpu doesn’t get detected.

Yeah i'm not sure how it would get damaged like that. It looks very odd. I guess you could mess with it more, not like you can make it worse. I had a 16x PCIE slot that they ripped off the plastic by accident. I still use the mobo for gaming and I just cut all the PINS off so they don't contact anything.
