Can I transfer my ETH to another wallet when my address is temporary locked?

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue and need your help:

- I was mining and transferring my ETH to a Bittrex wallet address.
- My Bittrex account is temporarily disabled with unknown reason, and I'm contacting to Support team to get help. The wallet address is seems locked and cannot receive ETH any more.
- So there is some ETH that have not transferred to Bittrex wallet yet, they're still on ethermine.org pool.
- Now I want to transfer my ETH to another wallet address but I don't know how to do that.

Anyone got trouble like this? How can you resolve it? Please help me.
