31MH/s is about as good as it gets on a 1070. In my experience anyways.

It depends on who made the memory. I have 3 different kinds of 1070 cards. I have some Founders Edition that run hotter than the SC versions (by almost 10 degrees), but they have Samsung memory and can run over 32 all day. I'm sure they could do more if I pushed them harder.

I saw people talking about 33 or 37, but nobody talks about the settings to achieve that :(

i have different ones in the same rig. G1, MSI and Asus. The best is 31mh/s for me. Stable i mean. I can run 32-33 but after 30 minutes system turns unstable :(

It varies card by card. I don't think anyone claimed 37 was stable, so there is no point shooting for it.

I have some cards that can only take a memory OC of +550. The FE version can easily do +750 or more. Core clock doesn't really matter that much. I do +36 to +84 depending on the card. You just have to play around with the settings until you balance power, heat, stability, and production. I set power at 75% to 90% depending on the card temps, PSU I'm using...

I like stability over trying to get the top MH/s. I'd rather have cards do 30 without ever crashing then shooting for 33 and have them go down while I'm not around. With Claymore 9.7, I'm averaging 30.5 to 32+ right now and happy with that. 186 is a good number if it's stable, in my opinion.

I like MSI Afterburner over Precision XOC.
