Ethminer Help
Hey there, I'm fairly new to mining so don't be to hard on me if I ask easy questions.
I have been trying to get Ethminer to connect to a stratum server but I keep getting the same error message every time I change it.
i 16:55:53|stratum Connecting to stratum server etc-eu1.nanopool.org:19999
X 16:55:53|stratum Could not connect to stratum server etc-eu1.nanopool.org : 19999 , An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions
Yes, I am mining ETC but I think it's something with the miner.
Here's the batch file:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
ethminer.exe --farm-recheck 200 -G -S etc-eu1.nanopool.org:19999 -O 0xe38374e28baa2877cf333587e4d3f32f8e61697a.worker1
If I missed anything let me know. Thanks in advance.
