Which memory are the latest Sapphire RX480 Nitro+ OC cards tending to use?

Or is it still luck of the draw?

Are there better alternatives from other brands these days?

Just bought a couple, the memory is Samsung.

I picked up a couple of the non + RX 480 Nitros.... ended up with Micron... Still hash at almost 29 so i'll keep them..
