Hello,

PSU: EVGA 1300W
GPU: 4x RX480 8GB MSI + 2x RX480 8GB SAPHIRE NITRO+
RAM: 8GB DDR3
MB: ASROCK H81 PRO BTC
SSD: 120GB KINGSTON
OS: WIN10

I tested each GPU separately, and everything was ok.
Now, when i connect the 6 GPU at the same time, rig doesn't boot - yesterday it did but took about 15 minutes. Why? :s
All fans start running after startup but it doesn't boot, nothing shows up in monitor.
Tried connecting the monitor to different GPU and MOBO vga, nothing at all, doesn't boot.

I'm using hdmi to vga adapter, does it matter?

Thank you guys

Your problem sounds a lot similar to mine.

I am not sure the DVI-D to VGA adaptors will work as you need to convert a digital signal to an analog one.

Try This: (assumes you have a VGA monitor)

    1. Disconnect all your risers and/or remove any graphic cards AT ( IMPORTANT) THE MOTHERBOARD. That means the riser adaptors as well. Attach your monitor to the onboard VGA.
    2. start the computer and go into the BIOS and set it for onboard video and not PCIE. If you can not see video, I would motherboard failure at this point. I you can see video go to step three.
    3. Restart the computer to verify you can see the video.
    4. Now, shut down and put one graphic card in the PCIE 16x slot.
    5. Start the computer and verify that you can still see the video.
    6. If so, shut down and install three more graphic cards.
    7. Restart. Can you still see the video?
    8. Over four cards total ask for advice here as I am not sure.

EDIT: With the onboard video enabled, to mine on the graphics cards with genoil 1.0.8 (not tried other versions), add the switch "--opencl-platform 1" without the quotes to your command line.
