    Hey Boysie,
I have been trying to decode the memory timings. I have reached half way and managed to create a custom rom for hynix RX480 Gaming X. It is stable and does 29.8/400SIA 600DCR on dual mining consuming 140W at wall. Its running at 1125/2050 clocks. But I am still to understand all elements of the memory from the memory strap. So far I am guessing that I have lowered CAS latency and thus managed to get the speeds up.
Do you have any resource for documentation on how the memory timing strap 32bit hex code is to be decoded? If possible can you share it with me?
    Thank you
