  Any suggestions how to get more people to join my mining pool? Should rent from nicehash to increase the pool's hash rate so others will join? I'm already paying a ton for the dedicated server that it runs on, and renting hash power is a bit expensive for enough to bring the pool up to looking more attractive to others.

  Maybe at least rent some hash until you get a block and send out payments. People will trust more if they see you have started to pay out to miners. And true, renting hash is probably expensive, but you would get a larger portion of the block reward, so it's not all expense.

  So what is the current status? I mined there for a few days, but only saw 1 or 2 other miners. And now I see no miners, have you given up?
