Errors in Serpent documentation?

Hello all,

I've found a couple of errors in the pyethereum and serpent programming guide version 2.

1. There does not seem to be a pyethtool method called "compile_to_assembly".
2. the apply_tx method actually seems to be called 'apply_transaction'

Though pyethtool is for talking to Ethereum, not compilation, that is what serpent does. Generally, Serpent seems to need more work..
