Mix IDE not connecting with html

Basically, the localhost for the html page does not load. When I press the refresh button, an error pops up:
WebContainer.html - line 46 - Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "http://localhost:39638" from accessing a frame with origin "null". The frame requesting access has a protocol of "http", the frame being accessed has a protocol of "data". Protocols must match.
Please help
