I have a HD 7950 and over to 1100/1575. Was 17 to 21Mh/s

Depends on your power costs. Given the profit margins on Eth right now, the answer is probably - but, if you have super high power cost, maybe not?

It is very hard to say this because I live in Brazil. The dollar price here 're very unstable and the ETH also. Still has the competition up every day.
