What happens after a transaction is broadcasted?

After it goes on the blockchain has an ID,but is there any other info about that transaction that we can see,what data we get?

geth consolefrom the command line. Within console just typeethand/orweb3to get a list of functions and info. For eth command (cpp), type web3 from the console for lots of information; I haven't used the cpp implementation so I don't know the other commands of the top of my head.
