What happens after a transaction is broadcasted?

After it goes on the blockchain has an ID,but is there any other info about that transaction that we can see,what data we get?

    Yes. Run: geth console from the command line. Within console just type eth and/or web3 to get a list of functions and info. For eth command (cpp), type web3 from the console for lots of information; I haven't used the cpp implementation so I don't know the other commands of the top of my head.
