Cheapo ASUS RADEON RX 570 4GB EXPEDITION OC with mem straps of 1:1500 copied up to 1:2000, hashing 28.5MH/s currently (1300/1980), latest AMD driver. Need to tweak. Any hints appreciated!

Did you get any further on tweaking this card, I ordered a couple myself but seem to find very little conclusive info regarding modding it's BIOS. Do the setting you put in turn out to work fine and stable? I see others mention they overheat?

Thanks for the reply in advance!

Hello, I expect my order of 6 cards sapphire nitro + rx 580 8go gddr5. Someone has already tested ethOS 1.2.2 with BIOS modded and On TIMING (MHz) area copy 1500 to 1625, 1750 and 2000. Any hash rates with this config ?
    Thanks.

Hello, I'm going to build miner and I tough about AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 workstations for it.
Since they're made for work almost 24/7 + as I checked 7100 can give you 60+ Mhs.

    Mac OS X 10.10.3 / double AMD FirePro D300 2048 MB / 0.9.20
    min/mean/max: 52246/52862/53297 H/s
    inner mean: 52584 H/s

This result is for command eth -M -G
and result is about the same as for eth -M -C

I will upgrade to 0.9.21 and post again, maybe this changes things.

How do you guys get it to detect MBP's GPUs? If I'm not using --opencl-device it does this:

    $ ethminer -G -M
    Benchmarking on platform: 2-thread CPU
    Preparing DAG...
    Warming up...
    Trial 1... 66
    Trial 2... 33
    Trial 3... 66
    Trial 4... 66
    Trial 5... 66
    min/mean/max: 33/59/66 H/s
    inner mean: 22 H/s

Then if I try adding --opencl-devices (tried up to 12), it does the same.

Is there a way list OpenCL device IDs?

    Hi everybody,
    here are my stats:
    i5 7600K
    Kfa2 GTX 1060 6GB
    Trial 1... 20265714
    Trial 2... 20615122

    min/mean/max: 20265714/20475358/20615122 H/s
    inner mean: 6871707 H/s

After fiddeling a little bit with Precision X I landed at the following stable settings:
    Power target: +116%
    GPU Clock Offset: +230MHz
    Mem Clock Offset: +900Mhz
    Voltage: 65% (stayed at 1075mV)

My final results were as followed:
59°C (the room is very hot, as it is summer here)
The whole (gaming) system draws 178W from the wall.

    Benchmarking results:
    Trial 1... 21321045
    Trial 2... 21313940
    Trial 3... 21313940

    inner mean: 14328131 H/s

Are your results similar? Is there anybody with a higher score on a two-fan GTX 1060 6GB on Windows 10 x64?

    Best wishes

Good news! Here are results of Testing the AMD 5xx Series GPUs

Profitability and speed can be found on profitability calculator page.

Let me know what you think

@JoxNiceHash, are DaggerHashimoto rates in profitability calculator same as Ethereum mining rates posted in this thread?

Got noticed that the cards are not aviable.
Price went up from 275€ to 350€

I think to quit mining all together.. prices are too high to be profitable..

A newbie building a rig and need some advise.
    Getting 6 Nvidia GTX 1070, 1300 PSU, i3 processor, 128Gb Ssd, 8GB DDR5Ram, win 10 64bit

Suggestions on what MOBO i should get for this setup.

Also, I'm residing in India. Do I require to have a static IP for mining?

Which mining softwarre would you recommend? Claymore seems to be the most trusted one, and pool being nanopool?

    Thanks for the help.

Hi guys, i test some different NVIDIA GPUs with Ethereum Mining and these are the results.

The System runs stable for over 18 hours up to 117 hours.

The Temp/Fan isnt absolut correct, every card runs in a different housing oder distance to another card.

I hope you enjoy it and can be work with it.

    Cheers
