Smart contracts with Hyperledger Frameworks

Dear Community,

Was wondering if anyone has experience using hyperledger frameworks? Building a blockchain application to do smart contracts integrating with the stock market as my project. It's not clear to me which framework would suited between: Burrow, Sawtooth, Fabric, Indy, Iroha. Had a play around with sawtooth and fabric so far but I can't make real distinctions between the frameworks on the site's description, does it matter? https://www.hyperledger.org/
