Rig with 6 x 1070s, clock speeds

An issue im having with my rig.
My 1070s are 5 of them are ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Expedition OC
and one of them is an MSI GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Armor OC
The thing is, the Asus cards jump around a lot in clock speed, between 1200 and 1750mhz
while the MSI card is at 1785 very stable, sometimes jump a bit but not often, when it does its only about 50-100mhz
Anyone got suggestions how i can get the other cards to stay more stable also? both are overclocked at 115mhz in core clock,
The Asus expedition is suppose to have higher clock speed
Asus 1 607 MHz, ((1797 Mhz Boost Clock))
MSI 1 556 MHz, ((1746 Mhz Boost Clock))
Why such a difference in clock speed stability?

You don't need core clock to mine Ethereum, only overclock your memory, have a play about and see how low you can underclock it without it having an affect on your hashrate.

Well thats odd since the one with more stable clock gives better hash rates :P but ill play around

Fan 70%

Gets me 180mh eth 2200 sia with temps stable around 60-70 (one card runs at 69 rest 60-62).

MSI 1070s only altered with afterburner, immensely happy.
