I have an idea for a project, where on this forum would I look for developers to work with?

I have an idea for a project that I've been working on for a few months. Because of need for smart contracts, I've been looking at the Ethereum platform, but to be honest, I know nothing about coding, or about how to create a token (I've watched the videos and i'm still having troubles understanding) but I learn quick, I built an Ethereum minor, and it works, on my first try, and I've never even built a computer.

I have a cannabis club in Denver I'm working on auctioning off for Ethereum or Bitcoin and I plan to use the funds to invest in my project.

I have no problems sharing what my project ideas are if anyone thinks they can answer my couple of questions about smart contracts and would like to know.
